Creating crane approach zones without reacting to fixed structure

Create a documented reference map of fixed structure and define dynamic zones relative to the machine coordinate system. Review what happens when the crane changes pose because a mask valid in one position may hide a real object in another.

Test each zone with representative targets at its boundaries and record the actual response time. Do not treat a general detection setup as a certified safety function unless the complete system is designed and validated for that purpose.
