These terms answer different questions. Range describes where measurements may be obtained, angular resolution describes directional sampling, accuracy describes closeness to a reference, and repeatability describes variation under repeated conditions. Target reflectivity, incidence angle and environment belong beside these terms. A single number without its test condition is easy to misapply.

It also helps to separate angular sampling from the smallest object an application can reliably detect. Processing rules and target geometry affect that result.
